Why AVENTURA

Not a package. A winter journey designed around you — from the first lift to the last evening.

AVENTURA is a European ski concierge and tour operator, planning private ski journeys in the Italian Dolomites, Austria, Switzerland and France. It is led by its founder, Agnieszka Majcherek — a certified ski instructor and ski guide with more than fifteen seasons in the Alps, and a practising advocate. She designs each week herself, works directly with the hotels rather than through a booking engine, and on hosted weeks she is on the mountain with you, skiing with your group and running the week as it happens. Families, groups of friends, couples and companies are all planned for, and complete beginners are the most common starting point rather than the exception.

Who I Plan For

Families, friends, couples — and companies

Every week is private and built for one group. Mixed abilities are normal, not a complication: someone who skis well and someone who has never tried can share the same week without it becoming two separate holidays.

Families

Children, beginners, and everyone else

Gentle terrain, short transfers, equipment fitted before the first morning, and a plan for whoever is not skiing. The children's first day is taught by a certified instructor who already knows the mountain.

  • Connecting rooms and suites
  • Non-skier programme
  • Grandparents and nannies included
Friends & couples

A private week, not a group tour

Four friends, two couples, or one couple wanting a short escape. The pace is yours: long lunches on the mountain, the best tables in the evening, and as much or as little skiing as you actually want.

  • Long weekends and full weeks
  • Mixed abilities within one group
  • Spa, wine and dining planned in
Companies & teams

Incentive and partner trips

Dealer, installer, agent and partner networks rewarded properly. Groups to thirty-six guests on one contract and one invoice. Your people are usually beginners, which is exactly the group this is built for.

  • One contract, one invoice
  • Contracts handled by a practising advocate
  • Groups to 36 guests

Signature

The whole week designed, booked and coordinated in advance — hotel, transfers, lift passes, instruction, restaurants and a full written itinerary. You travel independently, and I am reachable throughout.

Available from December

Hosted

I travel with you. I guide the ski days, teach on the mountain, handle whatever changes during the week and book the tables in person. The difference is felt on the first morning, and on every morning after it.

Limited dates each season

In Their Words

Trusted by companies, families and friends

Companies, families and private groups — in their own words.

Professional and completely frictionless from beginning to end — and the atmosphere she built gave our people moments they still talk about.

Jacek · Marketing Director, Watts

Everything simply worked. No friction, no surprises, and a genuinely wonderful atmosphere for the whole group.

Sales Manager · Eurovent

Wonderful with the children, and endlessly flexible every time our plans changed.

Ahmed · Family

The restaurants and the activities made it — the sled dogs especially. Our families are still talking about that afternoon.

Marc · Family

Kids-friendly, open, and so much flexibility. Nothing was ever a problem.

Ajanta & Jess · Families

An enormous amount of fun. The après, the laughing, and dinner judged perfectly every single night.

Jason · Private Group

Every detail curated. Perfect dining, and we did not stop laughing all week.

Rob & Christi · Private Group

We felt taken care of from beginning to end.

Private Client

What made the difference was not only the destination, but your personal guidance and presence.

Agnieszka Majcherek, Founder of AVENTURA, on the slopes below the Matterhorn A Note From Your Host
“Luxury isn't about excess. It's about how a journey feels when every detail has been properly thought through — the right resort, the right chalet, the right instructor on the mountain. As a certified ski instructor myself, that's exactly what I create for my clients across the Alps.”

Questions

The things people actually ask

If your question is not here, send it by WhatsApp — it will be answered by me, not by a form.

What is a ski concierge — and how is it different from a travel agent?
A travel agent sells you a booking. A ski concierge plans and runs the week: the resort and hotel chosen by fit rather than by name, private transfers, lift passes, equipment fitted before the first morning, instruction, restaurants, a written itinerary — and then someone reachable, and often present, to change whatever needs changing while you are there. In my case the person acting as your concierge is also a certified ski instructor and ski guide, so I am on the mountain with you rather than at the end of an email.
Can you organise a ski trip if nobody in the group has ever skied?
Yes, and it is what I do best. Complete beginners are the most common starting point, not the exception. The resort, the hotel, the terrain and the shape of each day are chosen around people who have never stood on snow — not around skiing. I am a certified ski instructor and on hosted weeks I teach the first days myself, so nobody is handed to a stranger on the first morning.
Do you ski with us? Do you teach?
On hosted weeks I am with you on the mountain — that is the point of them. In Italy, Austria and Switzerland I also teach: I am a certified ski instructor with more than fifteen seasons in the Alps. In France I work as your ski guide and ski concierge — I ski with the group and run the week, and any lessons are given by a French-licensed instructor I choose and brief myself. On Signature weeks I plan everything in advance and arrange certified private instructors locally, and I stay reachable throughout.
What is the difference between Signature and Hosted?
Signature means the week is designed, booked and coordinated in advance and you travel independently with a full itinerary and direct support by message. Hosted means I travel with the group: I guide the ski days, teach, solve changes as they happen and book the restaurants in person. Hosted weeks are limited by my own calendar and are usually reserved several months ahead.
Do you plan trips for friends and couples, or only families?
Both. Private weeks are planned for families with children, for groups of friends, for couples, and for solo travellers joining a private group. Mixed-ability groups — where some ski well and others have never tried — are a normal request.
Do you organise ski trips for companies?
Yes. I run incentive and dealer trips for companies rewarding installer, dealer, agent and partner networks — groups of up to thirty-six guests, on a single contract and a single invoice. I am also a practising advocate, so contracts, group liability and cross-border invoicing are handled to the standard a procurement department expects.
Which resorts and regions do you work with?
Italy, including the Dolomites, Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Cortina, Cervinia and Livigno. Austria, including Ischgl, Galtür and the Zillertal. Switzerland, including Zermatt and St. Moritz. And France — Courchevel, Megève and Val d’Isère. Resorts are recommended by fit rather than by fame — and you will only ever be offered two options, because a menu of ten makes the decision harder, not easier.
Can you arrange trips for guests travelling from the Gulf or the Middle East?
Yes — and preferences are asked about rather than assumed. That covers halal dining and kitchens willing to cook to request, connecting rooms or suites, an extra bed for a nanny or grandparents, a quiet space for prayer, flexible meal times, women-only spa hours where they exist, and a female instructor where one is preferred. Airport routing is planned deliberately: for a Gulf departure, the choice of arrival airport can change your transfer by two hours.
How far in advance should I book?
The best four and five star houses for the peak weeks are usually contracted by October for the following season. Rooms can be held before lift pass tariffs are published, so the practical approach is to secure the house and the dates first, and confirm the lift pass line afterwards.
What is included, and what is not?
A typical week includes private airport transfers, a hotel chosen for its ski access rather than its name, lift passes, equipment fitted before the first morning, private instruction, a plan for anyone not skiing, restaurant reservations, a full written itinerary, and one contact who answers directly throughout the trip. Flights are arranged separately. Insurance and local tourist tax are inside the quoted price, never added at the hotel desk.
